The state of New Mexico requires all hunters, residents and non-residents, to have a hunting license. On top of that, they need to purchase a Habitat Stamp and two other permits. For some species, you may need to get extra permits.
If you are a senior, a veteran/still serving, below 18 years or you have a severe physical disability the state government has special hunting licenses for you.
Go to an approved agent, Game and Fish office or the Game and Fish website to apply for your license.
