The minimum age for obtaining a hunting license in Wisconsin is 10 years. The only people who may hunt without one are those below that age. There is not really a special license for youth (10 to 17 years) as with most states so you will probably have to pay the full price.
However, there are still special licenses for the following groups: people with disabilities, senior residents (65+ years) and resident veterans with disabilities.
